Exciting start to 2021!
Ellinor´s film “To You” was part of the first ever Fentress Film Fest in January 2021. The film was nominated in the categories “Best director” and “Best 1st time filmmaker”.
Ellinor is also being featured as one of 5 upcoming filmakers in the fentress magazine first edition coming out 1st of January 2021!
In October 2020 Ellinor was part of Playhouse Theatre´s reading of the play Proof by David Auburn. Playhouse is known for celebrating American playwrights and bringing their work to the Swedish stage. As part of their 20year anniversary they did a reading of the play Proof which was one of their first performances as a theatre. On the poster is also Björn Lönner, Ester Uddén and Lucas Serby.
“To You” was part of the wonderful British International Amateur Film Festival which was streamed online this year. The film got graded a 4 on a scale of 1-6 and got reviews like:
“This is a fine film, well played, skillfully written, with great acting.”
“”To You” is an impressive drama with a great deal to commend it.”
“It has an interesting and unusual format and concept and it all works so very well.”
The first film festival that “To You” was apart of was the Extravaganza online festival 2020 by Lift-off Global Network. “To You” made it to the final and was amongst the top 20 out of 400 competing films. Some of the judges comment about the finalist were:

“Overall this film was fantastic in terms of acting, production, and storytelling.”
“Emotional, beautiful, real, raw.”
“To You” was also later in 2020 selected for Lift-off’s First-Time Filmaker’s showcase.
